Our client is a global leader in the supply of industrial inkjet printers, operating a B2B2B business model. Reliable connectivity is vital to the efficient operation of the company’s products. However, a solution based on a combination of mobile broadband and the end user’s wi-fi connectivity was proving to be expensive and difficult to control.
The Solution
Having explored the options with the client’s management team, we created a bespoke data tariff on a no-usage, no-cost basis. Our roaming SIM solution offered the client multiple UK network partners, which immediately solved their coverage issue.
We also provided the client with access to the Cisco IoT Control Center (formerly known as Cisco Jasper). A market-leading connectivity management platform, it gives users the ability to manage an array of IoT-connected devices easily and efficiently, including offering real-time visibility of their entire SIM portfolio. As a cloud-based service, Cisco IoT Control Center provides low set-up and ongoing operational costs, as well as valuable flexibility and scalability.
The Result
